She's an expert at creating the vision, defining the brand identity and voice, and executing the editorial and content strategy. Ingrid has worked for major news networks around the world, including NBC, Euronews, CBC, Global Television and France 24. In 2018, Politico named her one of The 20 Women Who Shape Brussels, and she has received multiple Canadian Screen Awards and nominations for her work in Canada.

Andrea has built her career and reputation over two decades at three of Canada's largest television networks—CBC, CTV, and Global News. She’s developed nationally-recognized shows and created branded campaigns for some of Canada’s most trusted brands, including Telus, Indigo, and the Canadian Cancer Society. She possesses a deep understanding of the critical relationship between sales and editorial, how to find and create audiences, and how to drive engagement.
