I've been telling stories for as long as I can remember.

It's why my mom suggested I study journalism at Carleton University (thanks, Mom).

I spent more than twenty years at Canada's biggest television networks, working on flagship shows at CBC, CTV, and Global News. From producing Tom Cruise on The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos, to helping launch CBC's first prime-time magazine show, Connect with Mark Kelley, to one of my proudest career moments—building Kevin Newman Live from the ground up with a small but mighty team.

I had the privilege of telling stories that shaped conversations, influenced policy, and connected communities. As Executive Producer of Global News Toronto, I saw firsthand how powerful thoughtful storytelling could be—and how important it is to earn people's trust.

I've always loved a challenge, which is why I jumped at the opportunity to launch Global News' Branded Content Editorial team. It gave me the chance to work directly with organizations to uncover stories with genuine editorial depth—stories that informed, engaged, and resonated with audiences while helping brands connect in meaningful ways. In 2024, I left the newsroom and co-founded That Tracks Content. Today, I help founders, organizations, and purpose-driven brands uncover the stories behind their businesses and turn them into content, thought leadership, media opportunities, and audience growth.

I'm also a novelist. My debut novel, Happy Enough, will be published by Random House Canada in 2027 as part of a two-book publishing deal. 

Whether it's a news story, a founder's journey, or a novel, I'm happiest when I'm telling stories.
